This international seminar aims to systematise and discuss the technical and scientific findings from the fieldwork conducted by visiting researcher Carlos Hermínio de Aguiar Oliveira, in dialogue with Giovanni Allegretti.

Anchored in CES’s research groups on ecology of knowledges and participatory democracies, the event proposes a paradigm shift in the corporate governance of Brazilian state-owned enterprises.

The aim is to reposition Boards of Directors as facilitators of the planning process, acting in a decentralised manner and linked to territorial development. The event will culminate in an integrated synthesis of the research and scientific articles currently being developed during the stay at CES.
